CEO of College Policing: 'Hillsborough law must apply to all bodies'

CEO from the College of Policing has issued an update in the Hillsborough disaster. He said: 'We apologise for not answering peoples questions for 34 years. If a law was to be passed it would need to apply to private and public bodies'.
