Suspect who allegedly ran over and stabbed doctor facing murder charge

Vanroy Smith, suspected in the murder of California doctor Michael Mammone, makes his first appearance at Orange County Court on Feb. 3. Smith allegedly hit Mammone with a car and then stabbed him while he was cycling along the Pacific Coast Highway.
