Contaminated blood victim speaks out after Blood Inquiry scandal

One of the several victims of the contaminated blood scandal, Susan Wathen, has urged the government to show accountability for the series of errors which caused adverse harm to thousands of innocent people after a long-running Blood Inquiry.
