What are the dog breeds are more likely to howl like wolves?

Experts from the Family Dog Project Research Group looked at which dogs are more likely to howl. They played howl sounds to 68 dogs differing in genetic 'distance' from wolves. Among the more receptive breeds are Saluki and Basinji.
