Welder found dead after being 'electrocuted by charging phone'

A welder was found dead in his apartment after being electrocuted by his charging phone while he slept. Wanchai Deengam, 27, was still clutching his phone when he was found by police lying lifeless on his Union Jack patterned bed in Bangkok.
