Florida mom and Iraq war veteran Rachel Schwartz spotted on day she went missing

Rachel Schwartz, a 33-year-old mom who also served with the US Army during the war in Iraq, is seen leaving the house with a suitcase in security footage recorded shortly before she went missing on Jan. 31.
