MSU gunman's uncle says he was known to be 'paranoid schizophrenic'

The uncle of Michigan State University gunman Anthony McRae, Timothy McRae, told a reporter his nephew was a paranoid schizophrenic that needed mental illness help and should have previously been locked up over a firearms incident.
