Coronation Street's Carla hands over control of Underworld to Stephen

Coronation Street fans were left baffled after Carla Barlow's Underworld colleagues failed to notice her change in demeanour when serial killer Stephen Reid spiked her drink which lead to her plowing Paul Foreman off his motorbike.
