Man in 30s arrested in Exmouth on suspicion of the murder of an elderly woman

Exeter police arrest a 30-year-old man on suspicion of murder of an elderly woman who was found dead in Ludwell Valley Park. The man was arrested on Exeter high street. The woman who died was in her 70s.
