LA County Sheriff says suspect that fatally shot bishop is in custody.

Los Angeles County Sheriff, Robert G.Luna, informed the public at a presser that the suspect in the killing of auxiliary Bishop David O'Connell was taken into custody. The suspect, Carlos Medina, 65, claimed O'Connell owed him money.
