Kate Forbes launches her bid to become Scotland's next First Minister

In a video posted to her Twitter, Scottish finance secretary confirmed she is a candidate for leader of the SNP. She took a swipe at Nicola Sturgeon saying the party needs 'wider' appeal as she cuts short her maternity leave.
