Wife of victim who was kicked to death in 1997 says 'life is a life'

The wife of a man who was kicked to death by a prisoner filmed applying for parole has said the killer should still be 'locked up' because a 'life is a life'. Colin Stacey was jailed for life after he killed Leigh Shaw during a bar brawl in 1997.
