'He doesn't run a department': Defence Sec hits back at junior Johnny Mercer

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace hits back at his own junior minister Johnny Mercer over his claims that the military has been 'hollowed out'. He says Mercer has all of 12 people in his office and does'nt have to run a department.
