Foreign delegates stage walkout at UN conference as Russia begins to speak

Most foreign delegates staged a surprise walkout as the Russian representative rose to speak at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) conference in Vienna on the even of the war anniversary.
