Man lied to partner about having a vasectomy but she got pregnant months later

A woman on This Morning spoke about a man, who she had, had a 2-year relationship with, lied about working as a fireman and having a vasectomy. Coleen Greenwood was told by 'James' he had the procedure done but 15 months later got pregnant.
