In the lead up to the final episode of The Piano on Channel 4 on Wednesday 15th March, world renowned pianist Lang Lang performed in London St Pancras Station on a public piano. This was the first time he has done a performance of this kind. Lang Lang treated a delighted audience to renditions of Rimsky-Korsakov's Flight of the Bumblebee; Liszt's Liebestraum No. 3 and, joined by his wife Gina Alice, Brahms's Hungarian Dance No 5.
