Ex-ITN News boss: BBC has made a 'pig's ear' of Gary Lineker tweet row

Former Chief Executive of ITN News, Stewart Purvis says the BBC has made a 'pigs ear' of the Gary Lineker situation saying that social media has amplified it. He went onto say reviewing the guidelines is the obvious solution.
