New Scottish system ensures cyclists can cross junctions in a much safer way

A video explaining 'how to use a two-stage right turn' has been released. This has come after the unfamiliar road-sign has been built at a junction in Edinburgh. This new system is for cyclists to ensure they can cross junctions in a safer manner.
