Oklahoma State Rep. arrested for public drunkenness

Oklahoma State Representative Dean Davis was detained in the early hours of Thursday morning after refusing to leave the Skinny Slim's bar in Oklahoma City and telling cops they couldn't detain him because he's a politician.
