Justice Sec Dominic Raab will introduce ministerial checks on serious offenders

Justice Secretary Dominic Raab says he will be introducing a ministerial check on serious offenders and insists public protection will be 'the exclusive focus of the decision making' to overturn decisions made by Parole Board on dangerous offenders.
