Man puts on fake accent to get his Rottweiler to listen to his commands

An electrician from Merseyside has to put on a fake Northern Irish accent to get his Rottweiler to listen to his commands. Jay Shore and Megan King brought their pup Paddy over to Merseyside, England, from Northern Ireland in December last year.
