Thérèse Coffey lays out plans to ban plastic wet wipes

Environment Secretary Therese Coffey has laid out plans to ban plastic wet wipes. She said: 'We have already seen some retailers like Boots and Tesco stop selling wet wipes that have plastic in them'.
