Kentucky Governor Beshear says one of bank shooting victims 'close friend'

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear says an Old National Bank shooting victim, Tommy Elliott, was one of his 'closest friends.' A former employee of the Louisville bank, Connor Sturgeon, has been named as the shooter.
