Shameless paramedic steals £60 from woman moments after she collapsed and died

Mark Titley 58, of Linley Avenue Ponstbury stole £60 from a 94-year-old moments after she collapsed and died. Titley was caught on camera rifling through the recently deceased woman's belongings.
