President Zelensky honours fallen Ukrainian soldier with a minute of silence

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Wednesday called for a moment of silence to honour those whose lives have been lost in Ukraine at an address during the spring meetings of the International Monetary Fund.
