Scenes in Bakhmut as Russia claims to encircle Ukrainian forces

Shocking video shows an entire tower block was levelled in Bakhmut during a massive Russian bomb strike. This as Moscow's armies claimed they had captured 80 percent of the city that has been at the centre of the war's bloodiest battle so far.
