Prominent young Conservative describes people in Wales of a 'lower IQ'

Jasmin Cogin stood to become a councillor for Cardiff, but later blasted the Welsh capital describing it as 'vile' and even going on to say: 'Welsh people have lower IQs. Sorry not sorry'.
