Moment prisoner climbed on roof of Strangeways before staging 12-hour protest

An inmate climbed on the roof at Strangeways prison before staging a 12-hour protest that has jail bosses threatening punishment. The facility, officially known as HMP Manchester, was put on lockdown yesterday afternoon.
