Merseyside Police confirm 118 arrests have been made at Grand National protests

Assistant Chief Constable of Merseyside Police Paul White confirms 118 arrests were made surrounding protest of the 2023 Grand National. He adds that the arrests were made at both the course and on the M57 motorway.
