RCN: 'It is in the hands of Government to bringing industrial action to an end'

Pat Cullen, General Secretary of the Royal College of Nursing, says 'it is in the hands of the Government' to see that industrial action by nurses and NHS staff come to an end. She says the Prime Minister must 'add more money' to the table.
