Steve Barclay responds to questions about ongoing doctor strikes

Health Secretary Steve Barclay has responded to questions over ongoing junior doctor strikes. He said: 'I want to agree a new deal that improves pay, but 35% is not affordable and not supported by the bench opposite'.
