Rita Simons talks on Good Morning Britain about emotional EastEnders return

Rita Simons appeared on GMB following last night's EastEnders episode. Her biological daughter Amy has been suffering from mental health issues in recent episodes. Simons said: 'I said that I wasn't going to come back as a ghost but I had to do it'.
