Second train derailed by explosives in Russia's Bryansk region

A new railway sabotage blast derailed the engine of a freight train and 20 oil tanker carriages in Russia's Bryansk region. It was the second track explosion in two days. Video shows the stricken train on the Snezhetskaya-Belye Berega line.
