Police force investigates one of its own officers filmed punching a man during an arrest

The suspect appeared to be placed in a choke hold around the neck before the officer delivered a series of blows to his face. As a female officer handcuffed the suspect, shocked onlookers shouted at police following the arrest in North Wales.
