Explosion rocks Milan in Italy as van blows up in the centre of city

Mobile phone footage from the street showed flames several feet high billowing from parked cars, as well as what appeared to be a scooter in nearby buildings. The wreckage of one vehicle appeared to be in the centre of the one-way road.
