Dramatic moment teenage girl is rescued by strangers from drowning in raging sea

The girl went into the water below a sea wall and slipway in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, on the Bank Holiday Sunday evening. Quick-thinking passers-by spotted her in difficulties and risked their own lives to carry out a hair-raising rescue.
