British tourist 'punches' tuk-tuk driver after he crashes his rented scooter

British tourist arrested over an alleged fight with a tuk-tuk driver in Thailand. Jack Mark Paul Hoban from Manchester crashed a rented scooter into a tuk-tuk on the island of Phuket on Tuesday evening. He allegedly threw a punch at the driver.
