Labour leader Keir Starmer says 'cannot sit ULEZ out' supporting the scheme

Labour leader Keir Starmer on LBC said pollution is a huge factor of cancer amongst young Londoners. When asked if he would scrap the scheme in the city, he replied with 'cannot sit this one out' extending his support to the scheme.
