TikTok rapper who grabbed cop's gun, appears at Manhattan Supreme Court

Richard Sharp 24, aka Famous Richard, appears in a Manhattan Supreme Court after he was arrested and charged with menacing as a hate crime for an incident in which he taunted cops in Times square and attempted to grab the gun of one of the Officers.
