Pat Cullen says she will reiterate to Health Sec why pay offer was rejected

Health Secretary will hold a meeting with the head of Royal College of Nursing as the battle over pay and conditions continues. Pat Cullen told members of RCN that she's set to meet Steve Barclay & will explain why nurses rejected the pay settlement.
