Vasily Nebenzya: 'Billions of dollars are spent pumping weapons into Ukraine'

Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, said during session of the United Nations Security Council that 'billions of dollars are spent pumping weapons into Ukraine from the pockets of taxpayers'.
