Elderly woman praises rescue workers as she's brought out on boat

Rescue crews continue to evacuate people in flood-hit areas in Italy. At least 36,000 people were displaced by the rains in Emilia Romagna earlier this week and many of those who stayed in flooded areas were left without electricity.
