Police 'looking into footage' of 'van following boys on e-bike before crash'

A home security video of two boys being chased by a police van is being examined by police probing the death of two boys riding an electric bike. South Wales Police say they were not chasing best friends Kyrees Sullivan and Harvey Evans.
