Police refuse to say cop van 'chased' boys on e-bike before fatal crash

A second video of two teenagers who died after crashing an e-bike has cast more doubt on claims they were not chased by police before the accident - as a friend said officers 'lost' them as they took a shortcut through a blocked street.
