Whelan says 'everyone has the right to raise concerns' if something is 'unjust'

Union boss Mick Whelan says he doesn't support the government's Rwanda migrant plan and supports the Home Office workers threatening to strike. He adds 'I think everyone has the right, if they think something is unjust, to raise their concerns.'
