Dorset Police arrest man over death of two teenagers in Bournemouth Pier

The 12-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy who died in Bournemouth yesterday had jumped off the pier before being dragged out to sea by a riptide, MailOnline can reveal today.. Eight other children were hurt after getting into trouble in the water.
