Putin: Willing for peaceful talks with Ukraine if West doesn't supply arms

Russian President Vladimir Putin says he is willing to hold peaceful negotiations with Ukraine about the war if the West stops supplying arms to Ukraine. He claims that talks were already initiated but Ukraine threw it out of the table.
