Putin shows African leaders what he says is draft peace agreement with Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin holds up what he claims is a draft peace agreement with Ukraine that was signed by a delegation from Kyiv, but was later 'thrown into the rubbish heap of history'. He made the comments at a meet wtih African leaders.
