Moment pensioner burns neighbour with flame thrower and shoots woman in neck

Shocking footage which was taken in Russia captured the moment in which a man is engulfed in flames as he tries to calm the pensioner down in a dispute over claims he had an illegal wire running from an underground power hub to steal electricity.
