Zach kisses Jess during challenge: 'I could feel a little bit of lip filler'

During Love Island tonight's episode, contestants participated of a kissing challenge which the girls kissed the guys while they were using a blindfold. Zach kissed Jess and said that he could almost 'feel a little bit of lip filler'.
